Internal Quality Assurance System

The Quality Assurance includes all activities aimed at checking and ensuring the quality of the teachings developed by the Faculty of Medicine, and also at generating and maintaining the trust of students, teachers and society. It is for this reason that the University of Lleida has designed a Internal Quality Assurance System for Degrees (IQAS)& nbsp;which has been certified by AQU Catalunya. The SGIQ guarantees that a degree is managed according to a set of established procedures that are continuously reviewed in order to identify aspects that can be improved. Each faculty and school in the UdL has its own SGIQ, but much of the procedures that are part of it are common throughout the university.

The University of Lleida is endowed with its own Unit of Quality and Teaching Planning, which thanks to mutual support with the Faculty of Medicine allows the design, implementation and monitoring of quality assessment and improvement programmes and planning in accordance with the general policy of the Vice-rectorate for Academic Planning and Quality.
